4 Member 2018 WAEC Expo Gang, Busted

The Police, undercover operatives of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS), has busted a 4 member gang, who specialize in WAEC Expo by providing WAEC questions and answers to some websites and WhatsApp groups subscribed to by students.

Their arrest was carried out, following a report that went viral, that the gang was leaking questions and answers for the 2018 WAEC.

The suspects, Samuel Kayode, 28, Adebayo Ifeoluwa, 17, Alayande Ahmed, 16, and Elusode Festus, 20, were arrested in Ondo, Edo and Osun States, while their accomplices, said to be in Ghana, were being trailed.

Parading the suspects, Police Commissioner Imohimi Edgal, said they were arrested by undercover operatives of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS), adding that two of them were Physics and Mathematics teachers in a private school in Ondo State.

We therefore urge all student to adequately prepare for upcoming exams, as it does not pay any student to cheat.
