4 Uniport Students Arrested Over Alleged Internet Fraud

Four Undergraduate students of the University of Port Harcourt have been arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC for their involvement in internet fraud.

The anti-graft agency arrested the suspects after an investigation linking the suspects to a ring of several fraudulent activities, majorly involved in romance scam and pickers for organized criminals.

The suspects were identified as, Prince Hyacinth, Rex Emadifie Oghene, Odili Ifeayi and Uduak Samuel Williams. 

The suspects will be charged to court as soon as investigation is concluded.
