500 Level UNIZIK Medical Student Dies After Gas Explosion

Days ago, a gas explosion that took place at the College of Health Sciences, Nnewi killed one Radiography intern and injured 3 medical students with one severely burnt.

News reaching us today has it that one of the survivors, Uchenna Ogbu (Urchman) has lost the battle for survival as he died yesterday. Uche is a 500 level medical student and contested for the presidency of the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Medical Students Association (NAUMSA) presidential Elections.

Many of his friends have taken to various social media platforms to mourn the demise of Urchman.
