AAU Akungba Lecturers threatens to go strike

Prior to the release of 1st semester exam time-table. The news that the school's lecturers are threatening to go on strike over unpaid salaries leaked to some of our final year students.

However,the news will be confirmed latest fri/8th/July. Our source said that, the lecturers are doing this in protest over unpaid salaries of 2010/2011 academic session till date.

Meanwhile,the students are of high hope that negotiations between the lecturers and the school authority would yield good result,as they claim,a postponement will affect their preparation as it may dampen their morale towards the exam.

All fingers crossed,as AAUAites expects to hear the decision of the lectures soonest.
