This is to inform all undergraduate and postgraduate students that official Helpdesk Channels have been established to facilitate the prompt handling and resolution of requests, inquiries, and complaints related to academic and administrative matters.

Students are strongly advised to use these designated channels rather than informal communication routes to ensure that all requests are properly documented, organized, and addressed in a timely manner.

Use this address for: Create returning students, Clear Invoice Number, Manage Asopadec Awardee, Reset Step, View Admission List, 50% Waiver Request, View Returning Student Details, NELFUND, and JUPEB.

Use this address for: Removal of Duplicated/Erroneously Registered Courses, Registration of Carryover courses, Add Returning Students with Excel, Enable for Clearance, Fix Duplicate Matric No, Generate Short Fall, and View Returning Student Details.
