ABSU Academic Calendar for the 1st semester of the 2019/2020 academic session has been published. Students of the Abia State University (ABSU) are hereby informed that the academic activities  have been scheduled to run as indicated below;

ABSU 1st Semester Academic Calendar For 2019/2020 Session

NOVEMBER, 2019

• Saturday 9th:
  University Opens for the 2019/2020 Academic Session and Old Students returns.
• Monday 11th:
  Payment of School fees and course registration by old students Commence/Admission of 2019/2020 fresh students by JAMB awaited.
• Monday, 18th:
  Payment of fees and course registration by fresh students commence.
• Monday, 25th:
  A week-long orientation for fresh students hold.

DECEMBER, 2019

• Monday, 2nd:
  Lectures for first Semester 2019/2020 Academic Session commence.

MARCH, 2020:

• Friday, 6th:
  Lectures for first Semester 2019/ 2020 Academic Session end.
• Monday, 9th:
  Revision Classes Commence.
• Friday, 13th:
  Revision Classes end.
• Monday 16th:
  First Semester 2019/2020 Session Examinations Commence.

APRIL, 2020:

• Thursday, 9th:
  First Semester 2019/2020 Session ends.
• Saturday, 11th:
  Students Vacate for end of First Semester Break.
