ABSU Management Suspends Students Union, SUG, SRC

There is an ongoing misunderstanding in Abia State University Uturu between the Students Union Government, SUG and the Students Representative Council, SRC of the school.

The acting president (the vice president) in the person of comrade Onwukwe Maurine refused to defend her budget and was suspended by the SRC for three weeks. She did not vacate from her office, that lead to quarrel between the two arms.

Currently, the school management has suspended the union till further notice and has also inaugurate a panel to probe the issue at hand.
