ABU issues important notice to Remedial students on computation of final results

This is to remind all Registered Remedial students of the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (ABU) that based on the circular dated 5th May 2025 about the final grading of Remedial result, the following multiple assessment still stands for subjects with practical component.

• Comprehensive Continuous Assessment Tests: 15%
• All weekly practical: 15%
• Mid Sessional Examination: 20%
• Final Examination: 50%

However, for subjects without practical component i.e Mathematics and English Language

• Comprehensive Continuous Assessment Tests: 20%
• Mid Sessional Examination: 30%
• Final Examination: 50%

Note: For any Remedial Student to be eligible to sit for the final examination, he/she must possess a minimum of 90% attendance unless with a genuine reason.
