ABU Distance Learning Centre launches portal for exam invigilation and scheduling

Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) has announced the launch of a new Invigilation Application and Scheduling Portal for its Distance Learning Centre (DLC). The platform is now ready for full deployment ahead of the upcoming examination exercise scheduled to begin in January 2026.

The development was disclosed in a special bulletin issued on Tuesday, December 2, 2025. According to the announcement, the new portal is designed to streamline the invigilation application process and improve scheduling efficiency for staff members participating in examination supervision.

Application Process

Interested staff are required to submit their applications online through the portal:

https://invigilation.abudlc.edu.ng/auth/register-invigilator

The university stated that the portal will remain open until Monday, December 8, 2025, after which it will officially close.

Successful applicants will receive further information and posting details via email
