ADSU announces accommodation allocation for 2025/2026 session

Adamawa State University (ADSU), Mubi, has announced the official schedule for the accommodation allocation exercise for the 2025/2026 academic session. The notice, issued by the Student Affairs Division on December 4, 2025, applies to both newly admitted and returning students.

According to the announcement, the allocation will be carried out in two batches. The first batch is slated for January 8, 2026, while the second batch will follow on January 15, 2026. Students who wish to secure accommodation are required to submit a photocopy of their current school fees receipt to the Student Affairs Office on the specified dates.

The university also stated that reservations made during the allocation exercise will remain valid for only four days. Failure to complete payment within this period will lead to automatic revocation of the reserved bed space.

Accommodation has been arranged across two campuses:

Abubakar Barde Campus

Faculty of Agriculture

Faculty of Education

Faculty of Social Science

Faculty of Management and Administration

Faculty of Environmental Science

Boni Campus

Faculty of Arts

Faculty of Science and Computing

Faculty of Law

Department of Science Education (100, 200, and 400 levels)

Due to the limited number of bed spaces, the university emphasized that allocation will be strictly on a first-come, first-serve basis. The process is scheduled to commence at 7:30 a.m. on each allocation date.
