Dagama’s College of Health Science and Technology (DACOHST) is pleased to announce that Batch C admissions for the 2025/2026 academic session are now in progress. The institution is inviting qualified candidates to apply for its diverse range of health science programs.

Higher National and National Diploma (ND) Courses

Applications are open for the following programs. Please note that for National Diploma (ND) entries, the college is accepting 2025 JAMB/UTME scores with a minimum of 100 points.

Professional Diploma Courses (JAMB Not Required)

Candidates seeking professional certification without a JAMB score can apply for the following:

• Professional Diploma in Senior Community Health Extension Worker (SCHEW)
• Professional Certificate in Junior Community Health Extension Worker (JCHEW)
• Professional Diploma in Pharmacy Technician
• Professional Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician
• Professional Diploma in Family Healthcare Technician

Admission Requirements & Fees

Prospective students must possess 5 O’Level Credits in English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics (obtained in not more than 2 sittings).

The college offers an affordable fee structure with a payment of ₦70,000 per semester.

Method of Application

Option A: Online Application

Interested candidates should visit www.dagama.com.ng to fill out the online form. A non-refundable application fee of ₦5,000 applies. After payment, applicants should print their Admission Slip and report immediately for screening.

Option B: Manual Application

Hard copy application forms can be purchased for ₦5,000 directly from the college admission office or through authorized desk officers and agents.
