ADUSTECH, Faculty of Agricultural Economics and Extension notice on NELFUND disbursement

The Office of Agricultural Economics and Extension Professionals (AEEX), in conjunction with the Students' Union Government (SUG), has issued a significant update to students regarding the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND).

In a circular signed by the Northern President, Ibrahim, students were informed that NELFUND has begun directly paying the registration fees for verified applicants, as previously communicated by the school management.

For students whose NELFUND dashboard shows "Disbursed": Congratulations are in order. Students are advised to await further announcements from the school administration regarding the next steps.

For students with "Verified" or "Pending" status: The leadership has urged calm, assuring that applications will progress to the next stage in due course.

For students yet to apply: The application window remains open until January 31, 2026. A notable point highlighted is that even graduating students whose status becomes "Disbursed" will have their cases addressed.
