ADUSTECH, Wudil releases hostel occupancy procedures for students
The Student Affairs Division of Aliko Dangote University of Science and Technology (ADUSTECH), Wudil, has released official procedures and guidelines for hostel occupancy for students.
According to the directive, students are required to strictly adhere to the following procedures:
1. Hostel Allocation Screening:
Students are to print two copies of their hostel allocation form and proceed to the Twin Theaters for screening. For subsequent days, screening will be conducted at the Student Affairs Division. After successful screening, students must report to the Hall Administrator of their respective block for registration.
2. Protection of Hostel Walls:
Writing, drawing, or any form of defacement or damage to hostel walls is strictly prohibited.
Penalty: Any student found violating this rule will be required to provide one bucket of paint for repairs.
3. Padlock Handling:
Students are warned not to break any padlocks found on hostel doors. In cases where a padlock is present, students should contact the Hall Administrator to obtain the key.
4. Responsibility of First Occupant:
The first occupant of any hostel room who locks the door must ensure that a duplicate key is submitted to the Hall Administrator.
5. Key Return Policy:
Students who collect keys from the Hall Administrator are required to return them immediately after use to avoid inconvenience to others.
