AE-FUNAI extends date for reopening of University Hostels

Following the approval of the Vice-Chancellor in that regard, the date for the reopening of the university hostels has been extended by 10 days. Consequently, members of the university community and concerned students are hereby informed that the university hostels will now reopen from 2pm on Tuesday, 5th_May, 2026 and not the earlier advertised date of 25th April 2026.

The extension is to give room for ongoing repairs in the halls of residence to be completed.

All concerned are to note that the postponement of the date of reopening of the hostels does not affect the resumption date for the 2nd semester of the 2025/2026 academic session.
