African German Entrepreneurship Academy (AGEA) is a joint initiative consisting of a dynamic network coordinated by the International Small Enterprises Promotion and Training (SEPT) Competence Center at Leipzig University (Germany). Requirements for AGEA Start-up Lab Application Qualification

AGEA welcomes applications from scientists, lecturers, researchers, and students affiliated with universities in Benin, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Rwanda, and Tunisia.

We are particularly interested in start-ups that:

• Are grounded in scientific research or advanced technology
• Offer practical solutions to pressing societal or industrial challenges
• Have progressed to MVP or MMP stage
• Show strong potential for scalability and long-term growth
