AFUST Aliero Issues Important notice to Returning Students

The management of Abdullahi Fodiyo University of Science and Technology (AFUST), Aliero, has announced the commencement of lectures and released important registration guidelines for all returning students.

The notice was contained in an internal memo issued by the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) and addressed to Deans of Faculties and Heads of Departments.

According to the memo, lectures for the academic session have officially commenced, and all returning students are expected to take note of the following directives:

• Lectures have commenced across all faculties.
• All returning students must complete their registration on or before 31 January, 2026.
• Late registration will be allowed from 2 February to 6 February, 2026.
• Students who fail to complete their registration after the late registration period may be required to defer the session.
• Lecture attendance is mandatory, as lecturers will be taking attendance.

The university management advised all students to strictly comply with the directives to avoid any academic setbacks.
