Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic, Uwana Lecture Timetable for 2nd semester, 2025/2026

Students of Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic, Uwana are hereby informed that several departments have officially released their lecture timetables ahead of the resumption of full academic activities for the second semester.

According to the update, the following departments have already made their lecture schedules available:

• Accounting
• Public Administration
• Library and Information Science
• Office Technology and Management (OTM)
• Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• Hospitality Management and Tourism
• Science Laboratory Technology (SLT)

Other departments are yet to release their timetables, but reports indicate that many will make theirs available on Monday, 11th May, 2026.

FULL ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES BEGIN MONDAY, 11TH MAY, 2026.

Students are strongly advised to begin serious preparation for lectures and remain in close contact with their course representatives as well as departmental notice boards for additional updates.

Lectures and other academic activities are expected to commence fully from Monday, and students are encouraged to return to campus early and be fully prepared.

Please Note: Although the official academic calendar for the second semester has not yet been released, indications suggest that the semester will be shorter and filled with activities. Students are therefore advised to make every day count and avoid unnecessary delays.
