Ajayi Crowther University Clearance Form Application

The Management of the Ajayi Crowther University has announced the clearance form application for final year students for the 2019/2020 academic session.

The faculties include: Humanities, Law, Management Science, Natural science and Social sciences

Students are to also note the following:

   1. Students are to complete Section A of the form and submit online latest by 23rd October 2020.

   2. Students are to update their files in the Faculty and Academic Affairs and ensure that they are not indebted to the Department/Faculty, Library or University.

   3. Students are to submit their Borrowers Tickets (2) and Library Identity Card at the University Library.
