AKSU screening requirements for new students, 2022/2023

All the newly admitted students are directed to go to their respective faculties for screening and registration with the following 

1. 2022 UTME/DE results slip showing candidates photograph in colour 
2. WAEC/NECO/NABTEB Certificate results 
3. JAMB admission letter
4. Birth Certificate /Age Declaration 
5. Certificate of Origin
6. Certificate of Medical fitness from approved Government Hospital 
7. Letter of Recommendation 
8. Acceptance fees receipt
9. Five (5) passport photographs
10. Five (5) University files
11. Two A'Level passes for Direct Entry students
