AKSU SUG notice to graduands ahead of Combined Convocation

The Student Union Government (SUG) of Akwa Ibom State University has issued an important notice to all prospective graduands regarding the upcoming combined convocation ceremony.

According to the statement, students whose results have been approved by the university Senate for the 2021/2022, 2022/2023, 2023/2024, and 2024/2025 academic sessions will be included in the 9th–12th Combined Convocation Ceremony.

All affected graduands have been directed to complete their clearance processes on or before Friday, April 10, 2026.

The notice further emphasized that only students who meet the clearance deadline will have their names included in the official convocation proceedings. Failure to comply will lead to exclusion from the current ceremony, with participation deferred to the next convocation exercise.

Students are strongly advised to treat the notice with urgency and ensure all necessary requirements are fulfilled within the stipulated timeframe.
