AKSU Students Stage A Protest

Report reaching us has it that there's currently a protest by students of of Akwa Ibom State University.

The students are protesting the closure of the school fees payment portal as well as the poor state of facilities and lack of other amenities.

The protest is said to be peaceful at the moment. The students who have blocked the entrance to the institution were seen with placards carrying various inscriptions.
