Abdulkadir Kure University undergraduate hostel accommodation application, 2025/26

This is to formally notify the University community that the Hostel Registration Portal for the 2025/2026 Academic Session is scheduled to open on Friday, 10 April 2026.

To ensure a seamless application process, all eligible students are advised to take note of the following guidelines:

1. The portal is strictly reserved for newly admitted and eligible returning students who have completed the payment of their 2025/2026 School Registration Fees.

2. Bed spaces are limited and shall be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. In view of the high demand, students are encouraged to initiate their applications promptly upon the portal's opening.

3. Please be advised that the successful payment of accommodation fees does not constitute an automatic right of occupancy. Students must present their payment evidence to their respective Hall Administrators to complete the mandatory documentation before physical possession of the allocated bed space is granted.

4. The sale. purchase, or unauthorized transfer of bed spaces is strictly prohibited. Any student found violating this policy will face disciplinary action according to University laws as stipulated in the Student Handbook.

5. Occupants are held legally responsible for the university property within their units. Any misuse, vandalism, or neglect of hostel facilities will attract stiff penalties and surcharges.

6. Eligible students should log into the https://hostel.akum.edu.ng on or after the commencement date.
