The Office of the Dean of Student Affairs, Akwa Ibom State College of Education, Afaha Nsit, in collaboration with the Directorate of Information, has issued an official directive instructing all students to temporarily suspend payments to Akwa Remit.

According to the notice released on April 1, 2026, students are strongly advised to refrain from making any payments through the platform until further notice. Authorities emphasized the importance of holding on to funds and awaiting clear and verified instructions from the college management before proceeding with any financial transactions.
