Akwa Poly notice to students on 2024/2025 SUG election and collection of e-voting code

This is to inform all Students that Management has approved Friday, 30th May, 2025 for the conduct of 2024/2025 Students’ Union Government (SUG) Election through E-voting method.

Consequently, collection of E-voting code by students will commence on Monday 19th May, 2025 in the ETF 2023 Building.

Students are required to go with their official school fee Receipt/ID card for the said code, in order to be eligible to vote candidates of their choice during the election.

The schedule for the collection of E-voting code is as follows:

1. Mon. 19th May, 2025

Applied Sciences

10am - 3pm

2. Tue. 20th May, 2025

Business & Management/ Enterprise Programme

10am - 3pm

3. Wed. 21st May, 2025

Engineering Technology

10am - 3pm

4. Thur. 22nd May, 2025

Environmental Studies/Communication Arts

10am - 3pm

5. Fri. 23rd May, 2025

Spill-over from Schools

10am - 3pm

N/B: Only students with E-voting code will be eligible to vote during the election.
