This is to inform all interested and qualified members of the general public that Admission Forms of the under listed program is on sale at the ICT & E-Library Units of the college from Monday, 12th August, 2024 to Friday, 30th August, 2024.

1. COMMUNITY MIDWIFERY 2 YEARS

Application forms can be obtained on the payment of non-refundable fee of N5, 000 only

Applicants must possess 4 credits in SSCE (WAEC, NECO & NABTEB), which must include English, Biology and two (2) other Science Subjects.

All completed application forms should be returned to the ICT/Admission Unit immediately.
