ASUU Announces One Week Warning Strike

The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) has released a notice that it will embark on a one week warning strike their demands are not met by the Federal Government.

According to the notice, which was signed by the president of the union Biodun Ogubyemi, the warning strike will commence on November 16th, 2016 to November 22nd, 2016.

The notice further disclosed that the warning strike will be a comprehensive one in the sense that there will be  no teaching , no examination and no statutory meetings by members of the union.

We just hope that they will find a way to resolve this with the Federal Government before it becomes a full blown strike.
