The 500 Level students concerned are notified that the SIWES II documents (Logbooks, Forms and Reports) submission is scheduled as follows;

• DATE: THURSDAY, 2ND NOVEMBER, 2023
• VENUE: EXAMS AND RECORDS OFFICE
• TIME: 2:00 PM PROMPT

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR SUBMISSION:

1.LOG BOOK (verified and signed by ITF), signed ATBU based supervisor

2. ACCEPTANCE LETTER

3. FORM 8

4. IT REPORT

5. EVIDENCE OF NAAS SESSION DUES PAYMENT
