ATBU Undergraduate Change Of Course Form, 2024/2025

This is to inform you that the Vice Chancellor has approved the sales of Undergraduate Change of Course Form for the 2023/2024 Academic Session commencing from Tuesday, 11th November 2024. Candidates are expected to adhere to the following guidelines:

• Candidates should seek the advice of both the releasing and receiving Head of Department before completing the form.
• Candidates are expected to use their second semester results when completing the Change of Course form unless he/she had deferred the semester.
• CGPA requirement for the Change of Course should be within the range of 0.25 to 1.80
• Only a form obtained from the DVC Academic’s office will be considered after evidence of payment is presented.
