Augustine University notice on commencement of Post UTME screening exercise, 2025/2026

This is to inform all applicants and the general public that the Augustine University Post-UTME Screening Exercise for the 2025/2026 Academic Session will commence on Tuesday, 29th July 2025.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
All candidates who have applied to Augustine University are advised to check the email address they used during application for their screening schedule. 

• ⁠Please note that Candidates must appear ONLY on their scheduled date. No candidate will be attended to outside their assigned day.

DOCUMENTS TO COME WITH:

UTME Applicants:

• Birth Certificate

• O'Level Result (If awaiting, come with your WAEC ID Card or Examination Slip)

• ⁠JAMB Result (printed directly from JAMB website)

Direct Entry Applicants:

• Birth Certificate

• ⁠O'Level Result

• ⁠A-Level Result

Transfer Students:

• Birth Certificate

• ⁠O'Level Result

• ⁠JAMB Result

• ⁠JAMB Admission Letter to current Institution

• ⁠Academic Transcript (Official/Unofficial)

APPEARANCE & CONDUCT:

All candidates are to:

• Dress corporately and smartly

• ⁠Maintain a low haircut (for male applicants)

• ⁠Arrive early at the screening venue

IMPORTANT REMINDER:

Candidates who:

• Did not choose Augustine University as first choice, or

• ⁠Have not uploaded their O'Level results on the JAMB CAPS portal

…will have their admission pending until these steps are completed.

• Only candidates who have fulfilled these requirements and are qualified for admission will be considered first.
