Requirements for Beiersdorf Beyond Global Graduate Program Qualification

• A university degree (Bachelor/Master) in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business or a related field
• Visible leadership potential through responsibility?taking and collaboration
• Genuine enthusiasm for end?to?end supply chain topics and operational excellence
• Strong analytical abilities and digital affinity paired with structured, solution?oriented thinking
• Flexibility, strong communication skills, teamwork strength and initiative
• Motivation to lead supply?chain?related projects
• Passion for combining data, process thinking and innovation to improve supply chain performance
