UNIUYO SUG notice on Bokano Group 2026 Scholarship for Oro Students

The Students’ Union, Office of the Director of Academics at the University of Uyo, has announced the commencement of applications for the Bokano Group of Companies 2026 Scholarship Programme (11th Edition), targeted at Oro indigene students.

According to a notice issued by the Director of Academics, Miracle Victor Etim, the scholarship is open to eligible students from the five Local Government Areas of Oro who are currently in 100 or 200 level in any recognized Nigerian tertiary institution.

To qualify, applicants must be indigenes of any Oro LGA, possess a minimum CGPA of 2.5 on a 4-point scale or 3.5 on a 5-point scale, and must not be beneficiaries of any other corporate or government scholarship. Additionally, 100-level applicants are required to submit their JAMB result and/or admission letter alongside proof of registration.

Interested candidates are to submit their applications through the official online link provided by the organizers. The deadline for submission is Thursday, April 30, 2026.
