BOUESTI announces second Convocation Ceremony

This is to inform the 2024/2025 graduating students that the 2nd Convocation ceremony of the University has been scheduled for Saturday, 18th April, 2026.

All graduating students are requested to take note of the following information as regards the Convocation ceremony.

1. Create a personal profile on the University Portal using a personal email address (not BOUESTI student email address) for the purpose of Convocation registration and application for academic transcript.

2. Either pay a Convocation fee of:

3. (a) one hundred and fifty thousand naira (N150,000.00) only before the Convocation ceremony

Or

(b) one hundred and seventy-five thousand naira (N175,000.00) only after the Convocation ceremony

The Convocation fee should be paid into the University account highlighted below:

Kindly note that the Convocation fee will cover the following:

• Convocation Brochure Certificate
• Student Copy of Academic Transcript
• Alumni Association Due
• Two Invitation Cards for Parents/Guardians
• Academic Gown/Scroll.

Obtain a Clearance Form from the Directorate of Student Affairs and complete necessary requirements as outlined in the Form for the collection of Academic Gown and other items.
