BOUESTI SUG notice on newly registered Associations

This is to inform all newly registered associations that, their associations have only just been approved, the payment and collection of dues cannot take immediate effect.  

In line with due process and to ensure proper administrative coordination, all newly registered associations are hereby directed to suspend the collection of any dues until further notice is issued by the Students’ Senate Council.  

The Students’ Senate Council wishes to state clearly that no association, under any circumstance, should demand, collect, or receive any form of money or dues from students for now. Any association found acting contrary to this directive will be sanctioned accordingly.  

Further information regarding when dues collection may commence will be communicated in due course. Until then, all concerned associations are to comply strictly with this notice.
