AKSU Faculty of Health Sciences screening date for newly admitted students

The Management of Akwa Ibom State University (AKSU), Faculty of Health Sciences, has officially released the schedule for the mandatory faculty screening and registration exercise for all newly admitted students.

​In a notice signed by the Faculty Officer, Mrs. Obomeh Mary I. Ntuen, students are advised to take note of the specific requirements and timelines to ensure a smooth registration process.

​Date: Monday, January 26, 2026

​Time: 9:30 AM prompt

​Venue: Biochemistry General Office, Faculty of Biological Sciences, Main Campus, Ikot Akpaden, Mkpat Enin LGA.

​All concerned students are strictly advised to arrive at the venue with five (5) copies of each of the following documents, neatly arranged in five (5) AKSU Student Files:

​JAMB Admission Letter (Duplicate Copy)

​JAMB Result Slip

​O'Level Result(s)

​Certificate of Origin

​Birth Certificate or Age Declaration

​Acceptance Fee Receipts

​Medical Certificate

​Letter of Attestation

​Students are encouraged to be punctual and ensure all photocopies are clear and complete to avoid delays during the verification process. This screening is a critical step in finalizing your admission status with the University.
