Bungoma National Polytechnic announces key dates for 2025 graduation ceremony

The Bungoma National Polytechnic has released an official notice outlining important dates and activities ahead of its 2025 Graduation Ceremony, scheduled for Tuesday, 9th December 2025.

According to the announcement issued on 28th November 2025 by the Office of the Registrar Academics, graduands are required to take note of the following:

Graduation Day: Tuesday, 9th December 2025

Payment of Graduation Fees: Deadline extended to 2nd December 2025 at 5:00 p.m.

Picking of Graduation Gowns: Thursday 4th and Friday 5th December 2025, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., upon submission of a gown issuance form collected from the Registrar Academics’ Office.

Rehearsals: Monday, 8th December 2025 at 9:00 a.m. (Mandatory for all graduands)

The institution emphasized that all graduands must adhere strictly to the schedule to ensure smooth coordination of the ceremony.
