•Testimonial (from Secondary School)

4. STEPS TO FOLLOW

•Pay into the Bank or at the School's Account Office

•Convert Bank Teller or Print-out into official school receipt at the school's Account Office, Holy Rosary Hospital, EMEKUKU 

•Collect and fill forms at the College off Nursing Department

•Submit filled forms immediately after filling at the College of Nursing Science Department for verification

•Photocopy the Form, Receipt of payment and other Documents

•Return photocopied Form, Receipt of payment and other Documents to the College of Nursing Science Department.

Post-UTME examination date (written & interview): Saturday, 23rd August, 2025 by 8:00am Prompt.
