Combination of WAEC and NECO Result is Possible

After the release of the 2013/2014 NECO June/July results, some candidates complained to us that they had pass in some of their core subjects needed for admission, but they also had those subjects in WAEC but they don’t really know if higher institutions accept the combination of WAEC and NECO results. Our response to them was that any institution that accepts two sittings will allow you to combine your WAEC and NECO results together.

Some candidates go ahead and said only WAEC-WAEC and NECO-NECO goes hand in hand. But we told them that they are missing it. WAEC-WAEC combination works, NECO-NECO combination works, so also WAEC-NECO combination.

If you pass the subject(s) you failed in WAEC in NECO and vice versa, be happy! You can combine the two results together. Any institution that accepts two sittings will reckon with it.
