AUCHI POLY notice on commencement of transportation welfare initiative

This is to inform the Polytechnic Community that the Management of Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi, has approved the commencement of the transportation welfare initiative. This program is set up to ameliorate the burden of transportation for both staff and students of the Polytechnic, starting from Monday, 9th February, 2026.

Consequently, low-fare buses have been made available to ply the routes detailed below:

1. Igbira Camp Route (Fare: ₦300)

• Morning Schedule (7:15 AM): Pick-up points include City College Junction, Braimah Filling Station, Rainoil Filling Station, Paulosa Junction, Up Garage, AP Filling Station, and Royal Block.
• Drop Points: Eboreime Market (Campus 1), Security Post (Campus 3), School of Applied Sciences (Campus 2 Extension), and Idogho Market (Campus 2 - Terminal Point).
• Evening Schedule (4:20 PM): Take-off from Idogho Market (Campus 2). This route picks up at all morning drop points and drops off at all morning pick-up points.

2. Jattu Routes (Fare: ₦200)

• Morning Schedule (7:15 AM): Pick-up points include Utukwe Junction, NTA Junction, Iyukwu Junction (By Jattu Market), Hope Hospital Junction, and Mr. Biggs.
• Drop Points: Polytechnic Main Gate, Security Post (Campus 3), School of Applied Sciences (Campus 2 Extension), and Idogho Market (Campus 2 - Terminal Point).
• Evening Schedule (4:20 PM): Take-off from Idogho Market (Campus 2). This route picks up at all morning drop points/under the pedestrian bridge and returns to all morning pick-up points.

3. Ibie-Nafe Route (Fare: ₦200)

• Morning Schedule (7:15 AM): Pick-up points include God's Delight Junction, Ibie-Nafe Central Mosque, Midlyn Pure Water Factory, Small London Junction, Iyakpi Central Mosque, and Second Power Line Junction (By Irrua Specialist Teaching Hospital).
• Drop Points: Poly Main Gate, Security Post (Campus 3), School of Applied Sciences (Campus 2 Extension), and Idogho Market (Campus 2 - Terminal Point).
• Evening Schedule (4:20 PM): Take-off from Idogho Market (Campus 2). Picks up at morning drop points/under the pedestrian bridge and returns to morning pick-up points.

4. Aviele Route (Fare: ₦200)

• Morning Schedule (7:15 AM): Pick-up points include NNPC Filling Station, Aviele Central Mosque, Aviele Cemetery Junction, Baladin Hotel Junction (Ekhei Girls Road), Spring Leader School (Ekhei Girls Road), and Ekhei Girls Secondary School Junction.
• Drop Points: Idogho Market (Campus 2), School of Applied Sciences (Campus 2 Extension), Campus 3 (Security Post), and Former School of Applied Sciences (Campus 1 - Terminal Point).
• Evening Schedule (4:20 PM): Take-off from Idogho Market (Campus 2). Picks up at all morning drop points and returns to all morning pick-up points.
