Saadu Zungur University Payment Guidelines for 8th, 9th, & 10th Convocation Ceremony

The management of Sa’adu Zungur University (SAZU), through the Office of the Registrar, has issued an internal memorandum to all participating graduands regarding the forthcoming combined Convocation Ceremony scheduled for 27th and 28th March 2026.

Academic Gown and Book of Proceedings Fees

Graduands are required to pay for their academic regalia and official documentation based on their level of study:

• Undergraduate (Graduate): Ten Thousand Naira (N 10,000.00)
• Postgraduate: Fifteen Thousand Naira (N 15,000.00)

Certificate Collection Fees

The following fees apply for the collection of certificates:

• Undergraduate (Graduate): Fifteen Thousand Naira (N 15,000.00)
• Postgraduate: Twenty Thousand Naira (N 20,000.00)

Payment and Collection Procedure

All payments must be made via Remita. Graduands can use the specific service links provided in the official memo or access the consolidated payment portal at:

Once payment is completed, graduands should proceed as follows:

• Academic Gown: Report to the Academic Office with evidence of payment for collection.
• Book of Proceedings: Report to the Office of the Registrar with evidence of payment for collection.
