CRUTECH disclaimer on resumption of academic activities

Our attention has been drawn to information in the social media on resumption dates for academic activities in CRUTECH, following the suspension of the eight-month-old industrial strike action by Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU).

Various dates are being bandied around, in that misleading regard.

Accordingly, this is to enjoin staff and students of CRUTECH as well as the general public to disregard such false information.

An official circular on resumption of academic activities will be released next week, after an emergency meeting of the university's Senate.

We enjoin those who are in the business of spreading false information about the university to immediately retrace their steps or get ready to bear the consequences of their misadventures.
