CRUTECH officially recognized as University of Cross River State (UNICROSS)

The Governor of Cross River State, Ben Ayade has officially signed the University of Cross River State (UNICROSS) bill into law. Following the assent of the bill, Cross River University of Technology (CRUTECH) will be known and officially addressed as the University of Cross River State (UNICROSS).

The governor assented the bill at the Governor’s Office, Calabar on Monday, February 15, 2021.

The bill for the change of name and other related matters was sponsored by Hon. Peter Odey, member Representing, Ogoja Local Government Constituency as approved by the governor.
