Dangote Academy Applications for the 2026 Industrial Maintenance Technician (IMT) Program is Open.

 Are you a recent graduate of a secondary school or Technical college? The program is an 18-month vocational training journey designed to equip young graduates from secondary schools or technical colleges with practical technical skills for careers in industrial and plant operations, combining hands-on training, classroom learning, and real workplace exposure.

Dangote works to improve the skill levels of its staff by providing training opportunities through our own educational hub, the Dangote Academy, or through reputable institutions inside Nigeria and abroad. The Dangote Academy was established in 2010 to provide training in technical and management skills for employees and people wishing to join Dangote. Requirements for Dangote Academy IMT Programs Qualification

Applicants must be graduates of either:

• A secondary school, or
• A technical college

Candidates with ND, HND, or University degrees are not eligible
