KADPOLY announces work-free day

This is to inform all staff and students that the Federal Government has declared Thursday, 19th March, and Friday, 20th March, 2026 as public holidays to mark this year’s Eid-el-Fitr celebrations.

In addition, and in line with the tradition of the Polytechnic to provide extended breaks for staff and students during major festivities, the Management has approved and declared Monday, 23rd March, 2026 as a work-free day.

Normal work and academic activities are to resume on Tuesday, 24th March, 2026.

All staff and students are advised to use this period for sober reflection, family reunion, and peaceful celebrations in compliance with security advisories and Institutional values.
