This is to inform all prospective candidates who applied to Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara that the Screening Exercise for the National Diploma (ND Regular I & II) and HND have been scheduled as below:

NATIONAL DIPLOMA 

• Wednesday 2nd October, 2024
• 10:00am

HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA 

• Thursday 3rd October, 2024
• 10:00am

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE SCREENING EXERCISE

1. JAMB Result Slip

2. O/L Result

3. Certificate of Local Government of Origin

4. Two (2) Recent Passport Photographs

5. The Application Form(photocopy) and Bursary receipt

6. Birth Certificate

7. ND Result (HND Applicant)

8. Evidence of Completion of one year I.T (HND Applicant)

9. Evidence of Jamb Regularization (HND Applicant)

Note: However, sales of form continues.
