ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

National Diploma Programme II

Credits pass in five relevant O/Level subjects, including Mathematics and English Language in WAEC, NECO and NABTEB in not more than two sittings).

NOTE:

All Candidates who did not choose Delta Stare Pclytechnic, Otefe-Oghara as their first choice are advised to access the JAMB website, www.jamb.org and apply for a change of institution to Delta State Polytechnic, Otale-Oghara All Candidates must ensure that their O/Level result is uploaded to the AMB website www.jamb.org

METHOD OF APPLICATION

• log in to https://portal.ogharapoly.edu.ng/ to proceed
• Pay is non-refundable processing fee of Fifteen thousand Naira (N15,000.00) for ND Regular II
• Please complete and submit the online application form with the required information
• Print two (2) copies of the online acknowledgment form to conduce the registration

SCREENING

The date for the screening exercise will be announced as soon as possible. Candidates are advised to bring writing materials, including HB Pencil and the following ducurmentas

1. Four recent passport-sized photographs, one attached to each of the application/screening forms and the two acknowledgement cards

2. Bursary receipt for the purchase of the forms

3. Certificates/Statements of result.

4. Certificate of local government of origin.

5. Birth certificate or age declaration
