EKSU Appoints Acting Registrar

The Governing Council of the Ekiti State University (EKSU) has appointed the Director, Council Affairs of the Institution, Mr. Emmanuel Adebisi Ogunyemi, as the Acting Registrar of the university.

His appointment will take effect from May 1.

Ogunyemi’s appointment became necessary following the granting of a terminal leave to the incumbent Registrar, Dr Omojola Awosusi, at the council's 111th meeting.

Before his appointment Ogunyemi was the Registrar of the former University of Education Ikere-Ekiti, (TUNEDIK) from May 16, 2008 to 2011 and has held many administrative positions in Ekiti State University (EKSU) since joining on November 30, 1990.
