EKSU notice on uploading of recent passport photograph by students

This is to inform all the students (undergraduates) of the University particularly 300 level and above of the need to upload their recent and clear passport photographs on the University portal on or before Monday, 30 October, 2023. Failure of the students to comply with the instruction will attract penalty.

Faculty Officers are requested to circulate this information to students in their respective Faculties. The Dean of Students' Affairs and other relevant Departments of the University are being informed of the University Management decision accordingly.
