EKSU notice to newly admitted students on completion of registration process

The Matriculation ceremony for the newly admitted candidates has been scheduled to hold on Friday, 6th February, 2026.

In view of the above, the Matriculation register would be produced on Tuesday, 3rd February, 2026. The implication of this is that any student who has not generated matriculation number after completing the verification and screening process will not participate in the matriculation exercise.

Deans, HODs and other relevant officers of the University are implored to inform the freshmen in their Faculites to comply with the registration process, on or before Monday, 2nd February, 2026.
