EKSU SUG notice to all students

The Students' Union Government hereby directs all students to report immediately any Incident, misunderstanding, harassment, conflict, security concern, or any other matter affecting student welfare-whether occurring within or around the campus to the Office of the SUG President and the Executive Council.

Students are strongly advised and required to channel all concerns related to their safety, rights, or general welfare through the SUG President and Executives before taking any other steps or actions. This protocol enables the Union leadership to:

Properly document the matter,

-Assess the situation thoroughly,

Intervene effectively, and Protect the interests of the student body as a whole.

Important Reminder: Failure to report incidents through the official SUG channels may seriously limit the Union's ability to respond promptly, safeguard students, resolve Issues, or maintain peace and order within the university community.

The SUG leadership remains fully committed to upholding and defending the welfare, security, and rights of every student.

All students are therefore instructed to comply fully with this directive by ensuring prompt and formal reporting of any relevant incident to the SUG President and Executives for appropriate and timely action.

Full compliance with this notice is mandatory and expected from every student.
