Purchase form directly after having made payment online or to the designated accounts from Elizade University Campus, Wuraola Ade. Ojo Avenne, Ilara-Mokin, Ondo State.

The application fee is (N10,000) Ten Thousand Naira Only (Excluding transaction charges)
